Thank you for entering our exclusive giveaway! To ensure everything is transparent and fair, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms apply to the giveaway organized by Bespoke Weddings Santorini in collaboration with Isabelle Hesselberg from 2brides.

1. Organizer of the Giveaway
The giveaway is organized and hosted by Bespoke Weddings Santorini.

2. Prize
The winner will receive the following prizes:

• Free wedding planning and coordination by Bespoke Weddings Santorini, including all aspects of the wedding planning and full day coordination. This service is completely complimentary.

• A Full-Day Photography Coverage by Isabelle Hesselberg from 2brides, valued at over €10,000. This includes a full day of photography at the wedding location. Travel and accommodation expenses for the photographer are the responsibility of the winner.

3. How to Enter
To participate in the giveaway, you must:

• Follow both Bespoke Weddings Santorini and 2brides on Instagram.

• Like the giveaway post.

• In the comments, briefly share why you want to get married in Santorini.

• Book a Virtual Coffee Call with Bespoke Weddings Santorini. Both members of the couple must attend the call.

• Optional: For an additional entry, share the giveaway post in your Instagram Story.

4. Eligibility

• This giveaway is open to couples worldwide.

• Entrants must be 18 years or older.

• The giveaway is open to same-sex and opposite-sex couples, as well as couples planning either a civil wedding or a symbolic wedding.

• Couples must be planning a wedding in October 2025 or May/June 2026, with a guest count between 50 and 100.

• Participants must have a budget of approx. €730 +VAT per guest for additional services and vendors, which are not included in the giveaway.

• Couples must not have already booked any wedding vendors, as some exclusive partnerships exist with certain service providers.

5. Giveaway Period
The giveaway starts on April 2, 2025, and ends on April 30, 2025. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (Santorini time) on April 30, 2025.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected based on the following criteria:

• Completion of all entry steps.

• Alignment with the giveaway’s theme (wedding in Santorini).

• Selection will be made by Bespoke Weddings Santorini in consultation with Isabelle Hesselberg from 2brides.

• The winner will be notified via email on May 2, 2025.

7. Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced via email and will be required to respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, another winner will be selected.

8. Travel and Accommodation
While the full-day photography service is included in the prize, travel and accommodation for Isabelle Hesselberg (2brides) are not included and must be covered by the winner.

9. Exclusions

• The prize is non-transferable, and no alternative prize or cash equivalent will be offered.

• The giveaway does not include any other wedding services outside of the planning and coordination by Bespoke Weddings Santorini, and the full-day photography by Isabelle Hesselberg.

10. Data Privacy
By entering the giveaway, you agree to allow Bespoke Weddings Santorini to use your information solely for the purposes of this contest. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the delivery of the prize.

11. Legal Disclaimer

• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

• No cash alternative is available, and the prize is non-transferable.

• The giveaway is governed by the laws of Greece, and the jurisdiction for any disputes will be in Santorini.
